Client Information Completeness
This report is a great way for a community or service provider to start a data quality completeness audit. It measures the percent of clients with missing client information, who were served by one of the selected service providers in the selected date range.
What's Included?
The 28+ page report assesses contact info, appearance, photo, language, contacts, documents, education, financials, health, housing history, identification, indigenous details, various factors, vehicles, and veteran details.
It includes many useful analyses, including:
overall completeness
breakdown by data point
breakdown by user that created the client
breakdown by user that most recently updated the client
frequency of clients with a given number of missing data
top 15 clients with the most missing data
What Is Completeness?
Data completeness is defined as "the proportion of stored data against the potential of 100% complete." It looks at how much of the data fields for any given client, program, service provider, partner agency, or system are filled in or answered. Data completeness looks at missing or null values, and “unknown” values.

- What version of HIFIS is required to run this report? This report should run on any version of HIFIS version 4.0.57 and higher.
- What happens if the report stops working? This report will be maintained into the foreseeable future. If a software update causes it to stop working, or if we find an error, we'll update the file and let you know there's a new version available, at no additional cost to you.
- How long does this report take to run? The run-time varies depending on how much data is in your database, and how long a date range and how many service providers you select when running the report. However, we have tested the report with large data volumes and it runs quickly and efficiently.

This report displays a list of clients who received services within a specified date range at specified Service Providers. The report then displays mandatory modules (defined by York Region) and indicates whether the module contains any data or not.
