This report has everything a community or service provider needs to conduct a data quality completeness audit for their client vitals. It measures the percent of clients with missing data on the vitals screen.
The 12+ page report assesses date of birth, gender, indigenous identity, citizenship, veteran status, geographic region, and country, province, and city of birth.
It includes many useful analyses, including:
overall completeness
breakdown by data point and service provider
breakdown by user and service provider
frequency of clients with a given number of missing data
top 15 clients with the most missing data
Data completeness is defined as "the proportion of stored data against the potential of 100% complete." It looks at how much of the data fields for any given client, program, service provider, partner agency, or system are filled in or answered. Data completeness looks at missing or null values, and “unknown” values.
