This 13+ page report displays useful aggregated data about how well or poorly specific shelter service providers and users are performing at collecting prior housing history data when clients present for shelter. The report prompts for a date range and service providers, and calculates how much is known about the client's residential situation since their last shelter stay.

What Is Completeness?
Data completeness is defined as "the proportion of stored data against the potential of 100% complete." It looks at how much of the data fields for any given client, program, service provider, partner agency, or system are filled in or answered. Data completeness looks at missing or null values, and “unknown” values.

- What version of HIFIS is required to run this report? This report should run on any version of HIFIS version 4.0.60 and higher.
- What happens if the report stops working? This report will be maintained into the foreseeable future. If a software update causes it to stop working, or if we find an error, we'll update the file and let you know there's a new version available, at no additional cost to you.
- How long does this report take to run? The run-time varies depending on how much data is in your database, and how long a date range and how many service providers you select when running the report. However, we have tested the report with large data volumes and it runs quickly and efficiently.

This report aggregates information for the housing of clients before and after entering shelters. It displays housing type prior to intake, reason for service, housing type after discharge, and reason for discharge.
This report displays a list of clients who received services within a specified date range at specified Service Providers. The report then displays mandatory modules (defined by York Region) and indicates whether the module contains any data or not.
This report includes clients currently booked in to shelters, with no housing history record, or no updates to housing history in the past 180 days.
