We offer interactive training that is responsive to your needs.
If you just want a basic introduction to Crystal Reports without all the bells and whistles, we have an online course that will get you started.
This course is not as comprehensive as our core training but if you are looking for a lower investment entry point, we have you covered.
Our core training covers everything from getting started in Crystal Reports to understanding the database structure in HIFIS 4 and everything in between. It covers charts and graphs, locating and verifying the correct data sources, linking tables together, and troubleshooting.
This 12-hour on-demand training is offered in private, live training: either 4 virtual half-day sessions or 2 consecutive days of in-person* training.
*For in-person training, please inquire about availability first. We may not be able to offer in-person training for your geographic area.
This training, for advanced users, is a total of 6 hours of instruction covering most of the core curriculum. It is intended for students who:
are already familiar with HIFIS reporting, but new to Crystal Reports, or
are already familiar with Crystal Reports, but new to HIFIS, or
have completed Introduction to Crystal Reports.
This training is offered one-on-one in 2 virtual half-day live sessions.
We also offer additional mini-courses covering various special interest or advanced topics. These are offered on-demand, or from time to time they will be scheduled as small group events.
These are suitable to anyone who has completed core Crystal Reports training (or with equivalent experience) who are looking to level up their skills.
Thank you for the training,
that was magical!

Yes, there are lots of options. What our training offers that is unique is its specific focus on HIFIS. We teach you how to use Crystal Reports, true, but a large portion of this training course covers how to find the understand and navigate the database and other HIFIS-specific topics.
Not everyone is going to benefit equally from learning to develop reports. We've put together a free self-assessment tool that should help you decide if this is a training option you would benefit from pursuing.
You will need:
Your own computer
A copy of Crystal Reports installed (this is about a $500 cost, although you can get a free 30-day trial)
The ability to connect to a HIFIS database
We outline the pre-training setup requirements in this document.
If you're not sure you've connected properly, sign up for a free pre-training configuration check.
