We will review your custom prioritization report and identify errors, explain the logic of the report, and answer any questions you may have about it. This can be helpful if your prioritization list doesn’t appear to be including the right people, if you’re missing documentation about a report that was made a while ago, or if there are inexplicable blanks on the report.
We can also update your report to correct identified errors, include new fields, remove existing columns, or change report rules when HIFIS has been updated or you change your data entry practices. Please note that the scope of this work is limited to making a reasonable amount of updates to an otherwise functional report. If your report requires a complete overhaul, that is not included in the scope of this service.
