In Chatham-Kent, the Admissions module is used to track motel stays, where each Room in HIFIS is the name of a Motel. The report was requested to show the names of every person admitted, the dates, and then the reason that they were discharged, and to show what staff completed the admission. 

In Chatham-Kent, the Calls and Visits Log is used to record incoming calls on a hotline. Staff answering the hotline then make arrangements for the caller to stay at a motel. Report shows call information, caseworker, and whether they ended up with a stay or a turnaway after the call.

This simple view compiles information from the Calls and Visits Log module into one convenient dataset. It includes all the relevant information about each log, including client information, subject and comments, geographic region, service provider, and more.
