What is the HIFIS Administration Masterclass?
The HIFIS Administration Masterclass is an online course for community HIFIS administrators who want to go beyond a surface-level understanding of the software and truly learn the ins and outs of HIFIS.

- Live seminars and coaching (Tiers 2 and 3 only).
Intended Audience
This course is intended for individual HIFIS administrators who need to get a comprehensive overview of not just HIFIS in general, but their own community's instance, fast! It's ideal for:
Newly hired HIFIS administrators, and
Experienced HIFIS administrators who feel that their community’s HIFIS use could be improved.
I can not say enough good things about this class, ACRE Consulting and Ali Ryder. This Term really went into detail about a lot of modules in HIFIS and how to configure staff rights to reflect those. It's the attention to detail that makes this course so easy to follow and makes the most confusing things in HIFIS seem simple.

About Your Instructor
They call me a HIFIS Goddess
Ali is Canada’s – nay, the world’s – leading expert on HIFIS 4. She is the owner, operator, and sole proprietor of ACRE Consulting, formed in 2016 to help communities understand and better make use of HIFIS 4.
She holds a Master’s degree in social planning and a background in political studies. She has expertise in system design and system mapping, plan development, stakeholder engagement, homelessness enumeration, program and outcome evaluations, as well as research and policy development. Ali is also proficient with many computer systems, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), reporting software such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI, design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and dabbles in web design.
