HIFIS 4.0.61: Geographic Region Mapping

In order to get ready to update to 4.0.61, you’ll need to set up your geographic region mapping. (You can do this after you update, but you’d then experience a period of time in which things aren’t working as they should.) In order to do that, there are 4 steps, covered in the video:

1. Change the Geo Region Types look-up table

2. Configure the Geographic Region Mapping in Application Settings

3. Edit each Service Provider to have a City

4. Change the Mandatories for the Province and City fields to ensure geographic data is being entered
