The Self-Assessment
With your spreadsheet open, work on the following questions and record your answers when finished.

In other words, which client left and came back the highest number of times

It doesn't matter if this was one long stay or lots of short ones

In other words, which night was the shelter the fullest?

We are looking for the difference between when a client booked in to when they booked out. Note that a stay duration can extend outside of April.

A bed-night is a common term that refers to a single person staying in a single bed for a single night.

Unlike length of stay, we're only looking at nights in April.
